We’ll send you a router by post a few days before your desired start date, so you don’t have to worry about anything.

On the start date, simply connect the router to your power supply and fibre socket, and you’re off.

  • Is the router included?
    Yes, you’ll receive a router by post a few days before your desired start date. All the necessary cables are also included. So you don’t have to worry about anything.
  • Do I have to cancel my plan with my old provider?
    Unfortunately, unlike a mobile phone contract, it’s not possible for us to cancel your current internet contract for you.

    However, you can go ahead and conclude a Galaxus Internet contract right away. Just make sure to cancel your old contract as soon as possible to avoid paying double.

    You’re free to choose any start date for Galaxus Internet when you register.
  • Can I use Galaxus Internet without a fibre socket?
    You can check availability where you are by entering your address above. If Galaxus Internet shows up as unavailable, you’ll have to wait until your home’s connected to fibre.

    If Galaxus Internet is available but you don’t have a fibre socket yet, you can still go ahead and use it. We’ll provide you with all necessary information after you’ve registered.
  • Do you also offer TV and landline services?
    Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer internet TV services. However, you can use the IP TV services of many other providers including Zattoo or Teleboy.

    Galaxus won’t be providing a landline phone service anytime soon either.
