  • What’s the difference between the Family founder and Family members?
    As a Family founder, you’re the one who sends out the first invitation. You’re also authorised to make certain changes to the settings in your Family members’ (e.g. gran or nephew) plans.

    As a Family founder, you have your own Cockpit where you can modify your own settings. That’s also where to go if you want to invite more people to join your Family.
  • How do you sort out who pays for what with Family + Friends?
    All adults enter their own payment method and settle their own invoices. However, there’s nothing to stop you from using the same payment method for, let’s say, your partner’s plan. Underage Family members’ invoices are covered by the Family founder’s payment method.
  • What information’s shared within a Family?
    Similarly to a WhatsApp group, the thing that’s shared in a Family are the first names and phone numbers of the Family members. Sensitive data such as personal call logs are neither visible to other Family members nor to the Family founder.
  • How does Family + Friends work if I’ve got Galaxus Mobile and Galaxus Internet?
    In terms of the money you can save, it doesn’t matter how many plans you’ve taken out in your Family. What counts is how many Family members there are. The maximum monthly saving for five people is 4.– per person.
  • Do I get an additional discount if I use Galaxus Mobile and Galaxus Internet?
    No. Our aim is to offer everyone the best possible price for our plans. This applies regardless of whether you’re using one or several of our plans.
