With our Galaxus Mobile International plan, if you use up your full speed data, you can still surf the net at a reduced speed of 256/128 kbit/s download/upload until the end of the month.

With Galaxus Mobile International, 100 minutes of calls EU/USA are included each month. So when you’re in Switzerland, you can make free calls to the EU and the USA. When you’re in the EU or the USA, you can make free calls to Switzerland, the EU and the USA and receive free calls there, too.

Do I have to cancel my plan with my old provider?
No, we’ll do that for you and save you the paperwork hassle. -
Can I keep my phone number?Sure, your phone number’s yours and you can take it with you for free. Or you could take the opportunity to get a new one.

What about the notice period?We don’t do minimum contract periods. In the first month, you can cancel any day you like with immediate effect. After that, it'll take effect at the end of the subsequent month. One click in the Cockpit is all it takes for both.
